Next Sunday, we'll be celebrating the main holiday of all Orthodox Christians: Easter. Traditionally, on the eve of this day, believers bake kulich, dye eggs, and prepare delicate paskha (paskha), which they then consecrate in churches and temples.

We've thought of our guests and invite you to purchase kulich and paskha at our restaurant, "Russian Fishing." We have two sizes of kulich to choose from, each with candied fruit and caramelized chocolate, decorated with marshmallows and milk chocolate. We've also made a delicate paskha (paskha) from homemade cottage cheese with candied fruit and raisins, decorated with milk and caramelized chocolate.
